Exceptional Experience with Sirous Azimi I walked in to Vaughan Chrysler and right away I was greeted by Sirous Azimi. I had no intention on buying a car that day. Just came in to look at the I walked in to Vaughan Chrysler and right away I was greeted by Sirous Azimi. I had no intention on buying a car that day. Just came in to look at the vehicle of my interest and get some info on it. Sirous took his time and went above and beyond to give me all the info I needed. Him and I been talking over text about the vehicle and he is one quick guy to respond. He came and brought the vehicle to my company to show it to my wife. After I got the OK from the boss it was just a matter of signing two papers and we had the car within 24 hours. I had visited a number of dealerships and never had great expensive as good as I had with Sirous. I will be writing an email to his manger to let him know what a great of a guy he is. He’s caring and great with kids. I’ll continue to keep in touch with him and I’ll make sure all my friends and family know of him. Rupesh More

After sales service stinks Over the oast few years I purchased six (6) cars from Vaughan Chrysler. The fifth was a Comanche 4X4. It was finally traded in for a Chrysler 300C si Over the oast few years I purchased six (6) cars from Vaughan Chrysler. The fifth was a Comanche 4X4. It was finally traded in for a Chrysler 300C since this car had problems with the 9-speed transmission. Several times I brought it back to correct these problems.When ever I picked it up I was told that everything was OK now. With the 300C the seat heating does NOT work. The car was in twice and every time I was told the problem was solved. They try to make you look like an idiot. The service manager cannot be reached by phone. There is a answering machine where one can leave a message. However, you will not get a call back. This company does not have the capability to service the products they are selling. More

Sherry met us at the door with a smile and welcomed us to the dealer. She answered all our questions and took us for a test drive, the deal was made and all the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Vaughan Chrysler Dodge and have Sherry as our salesperson. Daina Miller also went above to make the sale a pleasure as it was a gift for my birthday she stood outside and sang Happy Birthday when we arrived, she also expedited the process so the truck would be ready the next day for my birthday. There were others at the dealership who made it special but all in all a great experience at Vaughan Chrysler :) More
