My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Frank Caietta and Paul Ferreria several weeks ago. We needed to get an upgrade on our small vehicle due to our expanding family. With their recommendation and most helpful and friendly advice, we purchased the recommended vehicle, and are so happy with it, that my two brothers brought their vehicles in too, and we are now proud to call Vaughan Chrysler the new Dodge family dealership. In addition, even though there is a dealership much closer to our shop, we have transferred the service for all of our company Dodge RAMS (5 in total at this point) to Vaughan Chrysler, which we will now call home. Their service has been exemplary, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service on their vehicle, or for purchasing a new vehicle. The Aurora dealership literally told me they didn't have time for me. This almost may me re-think about buying another Dodge product. After meeting with Frank at Vaughan Chrysler and getting amazing service I will definitely buy another Dodge now. My jeep issue was addressed in a professional manner and resolved immediately.
