There was no pressure to buy , Demetry was very good and explaining every detail about the jeep , it was like sitting down and having a conversation with a friend . It is nice when Frank comes out and takes the time to greet you in the sales office, always nice to see that . Delivery of the car was very good , it was a rainy night and went in the service bay and Anthony went through every gadget on the car and explained how it worked . Not surprisingly, based on my previous experience with Frank the General Manager (also manages Fiat store), I was very pleased with the overall experience of buying a new vehicle. Scott the sales manager promptly returned my call, quickly educated me with regard to the product that I was interested in and successfully established a sales process that was free of any pressure, highly informative and most importantly fair. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Frank Caietta and Paul Ferreria several weeks ago. We needed to get an upgrade on our small vehicle due to our expanding family. With their recommendation and most helpful and friendly advice, we purchased the recommended vehicle, and are so happy with it, that my two brothers brought their vehicles in too, and we are now proud to call Vaughan Chrysler the new Dodge family dealership. In addition, even though there is a dealership much closer to our shop, we have transferred the service for all of our company Dodge RAMS (5 in total at this point) to Vaughan Chrysler, which we will now call home. Their service has been exemplary, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service on their vehicle, or for purchasing a new vehicle. The Aurora dealership literally told me they didn't have time for me. This almost may me re-think about buying another Dodge product. After meeting with Frank at Vaughan Chrysler and getting amazing service I will definitely buy another Dodge now. My jeep issue was addressed in a professional manner and resolved immediately. Frank and Vaughan Chrysler renewed my faith in purchasing another Dodge. I will definitely buy my next jeep from Vaughan Chrysler. More
