Upgrade to a Family Jeep My wife and I returned to Chrysler Vaughan in search of our first family vehicle. I had to unfortunately give up my Sunday car (Fiat Abarth) for somet My wife and I returned to Chrysler Vaughan in search of our first family vehicle. I had to unfortunately give up my Sunday car (Fiat Abarth) for something a little more family friendly. We were deciding between a Renegade or a Cherokee Trailhawk. Paul went above and beyond to inform us of all the features of both cars and worked his best to get us the best price without us having to twist his arm. He gave me a good trade in value for my Fiat and found me discounts where I didn't think there were any. Paul my the purchase easy and Frank (Manager) even gave me a photography gig. We ended up getting a fully loaded trail hawk for an amazing price. My wife and I were on the fence about an SUV - but after it was all said and done - we do not regret our choice of car or dealership. Also note - this is the second car I purchased from Paul. More

We felt that he covered all bases & held our hand right to the end not just until the deal was signed. We also had a visit from the dealerships GM Frank Caietta who came by to introduce himself & offer some info to help make us feel more comfortable. It felt like a Team/Family environment not a competitive every man/women for themselves situation. I didn't feel attacked by hungry sales people. Paul Ferreira was very professional & funny! We were immediately greeted by Anthony Pelleriti whom instantly put us at ease with his relaxed a jovial nature.He said that he would make us happy,and that he certainly did.We signed for a vehicle that day at and excellant price.He commented that we could call him anytime if we had questions,and he had the answers when I called him back.There was no pushiness or intimidation to speak of during this process.Being that my wife drives a good distance to work,we were concerned about how long it may take to obtain the vehicle.he assured us in saying he would do what he could.It turns out we received the vehicle in just a few days.I would like to point out that Scott Kerr was very instrumental in finding an upgraded version of the vehicle that had everything my wife and I could imagine.We also dealt with Ken Zhang who led us through the different warranties that were available in a very professional and knowledgeable way.This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership and would like to thank the staff at Vaughan Chrysler for going above and beyond.
