Joe Kotei told us everything we wanted to know without making us feel pressured or rushed. He spent a huge amount of time providing us with all the information and details that we required in order for us to make an informed decision about which vehicle was right for us. Darren Hollinger was also very informative without any pressure when we were doing our financing. Danillo Zambichini made a special point on introduction himself and worked to help us feel more comfortable about the price we were paying for the vehicle. Overall it was a very good experience and I was pleasantly surprised! You do not expect such a large dealership to be so friendly and not use pressure tactics for sales!
