Thank you for the reply. It is not about the money or paying for services, I have had many cars and am aware of the cost of maintenance. I unfortunately did not have pleasant experiences with him (several times in fact) and I’m not ready to discuss anything at this time. I need to let my emotions settle and determine if I will be keeping this vehicle or trading it for one from another manufacturer so I don’t have to stress about coming back to your dealership. The several bad experiences have unfortunately soured my opinion of Lexus in general and If the stressful feeling doesn’t pass, hopefully it will because I do love my car, I will have to look for other options.
