I went to my 7:30 AM appointment yesterday & there were 8 cars/trucks in the same line, once the doors open @ 7:30 all 8 cars drove into the drive through & the doors closed behind us leaving us warm inside. cars/trucks in the same line, once the doors open @ 7:30 all 8 cars drove into the drive through & the doors closed behind us leaving us warm inside. Everyone was quickly checked in & then we park our cars outside, bring in the keys & wait for our work to be done. This time I needed an oil change, my winter tries installed & my summer tires stored on site. I had all of my breaks checked & it was deemed I needed front pads & rotors. I was advised by my Service Advisor Anthony & mechanic Roman that my back brakes were good for another 5-10 000 kms. I was also advised that my 4x4 fluid could be changed but because I do not tow trailers too often, I could wait for that till next time as well. I was quoted under $1000 & I was told I would be 3 hrs. Max. I said pls. complete the work needed & I went for a walk & when I came back a short time later, Anthony told me they sent the shuttle driver to their other dealership as they had my correct parts in stock. Even with that delay, I was done by 3 hours & I was under $1000. I can't thank Anthony & Roman enough for the great info., insight & prompt service & excellent workmanship. Every dealership should model themselves after Anthony & Roman :) oh p.s. I was advised that I had 3 swollen nuts (lug nuts holding my tires on the truck) that needed replacement. I never heard of that before & I was actually shown on line what it means & what they look like. Nice catch by Roman & great explanation by Anthony. Just some of the many many reasons why I will only go to Ont. Chrysler & I can only hope the owners take care of all their staff like their staff take care of us :) Thank you & yours truly, Stephen Parsons More
