Good afternoon, just wanted to give a rating on Colin Hyde services a 1 star. Very disappointing I was interested on purchasing a Kia Rio 2023 a couple of months ago, when asked Colin to get back to me o Hyde services a 1 star. Very disappointing I was interested on purchasing a Kia Rio 2023 a couple of months ago, when asked Colin to get back to me on purchase I never got a call back. Left numerous of messages even with receptionist to pass on messages, again never got a call back. Heard great things about going there but not a great experience. If someone would at least acknowledging customers phone calls and respecting that persons interest in purchasing a vehicle that would be nice. Found another Kia dealership with quick response and friendly service at 427 Kia Etobicoke. Regards Don. More
