He was very thorough going through all aspects of the vehicle and the services offered by Honda West. His friendly demeanour really put me at ease. Cole's upbeat nature and big smile also made me feel that this was the place I wanted to be. He explained all aspects of the deal and made the signing of documents a comfortable experience.
