I had 4 separate interactions with Sales – Wheaton – Honda – West and concluded the attitude is arrogance. When discussing the logic changes in trim levels the Salesmen told me, I should buy domestic (or I was not worthy – aka Seinfeld Soup xxxx). I made an appointment online, confirmed in 3 text(s) our time and arrival. When we arrived, the salesmen left 20 minutes before our appointment. After a Test drive no one would/did speak with us – we returned the keys and left – no followed up. It stood out as the worst sales group I have ever experienced. The dealer and Honda better hope that shortages endure – they can never compete on service. More

We had been searching for a used minivan for our growing family. We found exactly what we wanted at Honda West, contacted Jim, went to test drive it and he had everything ready for us. This is my fourth vehicle from Honda West and each time the staff have been attentive to what I wanted and answered any and all of my questions until I felt very comfortable in my choice of car.
