This is the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Honda West. Everyone is so friendly even when I'm just checking out the vehicles. There's always a fresh pot of coffee available. I'm treated like a family friend whenever I call or drop in. I have recommended many family members, friends and coworkers talk to Robert Blough at Honda West. My son drives a Honda West vehicle, my boss spoke with Robert and bought a new Civic from Honda West. Prices are comparable with those listed on Car Cost Canada, so I know I'm getting a good price from Robert. Jim Sarantis is a great salesperson. He appreciated my knowledge of cars and what I wanted in accessories. Once I made my decision to buy the awesome 2013 Civic (2 dr coupe Rally Red), they were able to tag one from the production line. I love the new car, it has awesome design inside/out and talk about toys & whistles, it has it all. I highly recommend Honda West for buying a new or used vehicle. Just yesterday, I picked up my new 2013 CRV that I purchased through Jim Sarantis from Honda West. My experience with Jim has surpassed all my expectations. His approach to customer service is like no purchased through Jim Sarantis from Honda West. My experience with Jim has surpassed all my expectations. His approach to customer service is like nothing I have ever experienced. He is honest, fair, kind and trustworthy. These are terms that are not often use when describing someone in vehicle sales, but they apply to Jim. I never felt rushed or pressured during my purchase experience with Honda West. Jim stayed late one night answering all my questions and not once did I feel as though I was taking too much time. In addition, he was very transparent about my financial options with a new vehicle. I would go so far as to say that my experience with Jim was like dealing with family. Jim also added in the little extras such as offering to photograph my daughter and I with our new vehicle. And of course, my daughter's key chain his Honda "bling," thanks to Jim. I thank Jim and Honda West for providing customer service that has been unmatched in all my years of experience with sales people of any sort. You are a breath of fresh air. I had to find a new (to me) vehicle rather quickly. Jim Sarantis was great in finding me a match for lifestyle and price. He understood my needs and didn't waste time on vehicles that didn't suit. He was also able to answer my questions about other brands of vehicles in comparison. There was no pressure. I was given all the time I needed to test drive and to make what was for me a big decision. I really appreciated the positive and helpful way I was treated by all folks at the dealership - Jim, the finance staff, and the service folks as well. I have to say that I was nervous because of previous negative experiences with 'hard sell' car salespeople (not Honda), and was relieved and pleasantly surprised. I had stopped at a few dealerships before i headed south to honda west, i was pretty sure what i was looking for when Jim stopped to see if I had been looked after, he was immediately approachable, not push to honda west, i was pretty sure what i was looking for when Jim stopped to see if I had been looked after, he was immediately approachable, not pushy, just took me to the vehicle i was interested in. we checked out a few crv's and i found the one that was right, after a test drive, and some very careful consideration, i ended up purchasing that vehicle. Jim was fantastic, he provided me ample time to go over the info i needed to, without making me feel pressured. he took me out one last time at my request and it was clear to me that i had made the right decision, even on the day of pick up, he was helpful in changing over car seats, and getting me all set up. I would absolutely recommend this dealership as well as Jim to anyone looking for a honda. thanks jim and the team:0) More

The moment I arrived at Honda West I knew I was in the right spot. Jim was so helpful, honest and friendly in helping me choose my new and first car. I left to check out some other dealerships, not wanting to buy the first car I sat in, but knew as well as Jim did that I'd be back. Sure enough I went to one other dealership, had terrible customer service and came straight back. Jim made sure to explain everything to me, not just my fiancé, unlike the other dealership, where I was not even acknowledged. I just picked up my new car last night and could not be happier! It is exactly what I wanted and there's nothing better than knowing the great team that stands behind my vehicle. Overall, my experience was phenomenal and I will definitely be returning to purchase my next vehicle. More

Honda West employees were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Their service department has always been very friendly and helpful too. The most impressive thing so far has been whe moment we walked in the door. Their service department has always been very friendly and helpful too. The most impressive thing so far has been when we locked our keys in the van in Fernie, BC and Jim, Bernie and Bob worked so hard to help us out. They responded to our calls/emails immediately and were on the case as quickly as possible to ensure we got our van unlocked ASAP. I was so impressed with how they handled it and how much they cared about us! More
