Terrific staff, great experience start to finish! I’ll admit that I have avoided dealerships for some time. When the vehicle I had been searching for turned up at Leduc Chrysler I almost didn’t bothe I’ll admit that I have avoided dealerships for some time. When the vehicle I had been searching for turned up at Leduc Chrysler I almost didn’t bother making the call. A quick look at all the positive reviews made me take the chance. Cory McMullen answered my phone call an immediately began making this the most positive dealership experience I have had. He is professional, friendly, positive and committed to earning your business. Corey took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and sent me multiple pictures of the car I was interested in. I made the two hour drive to Leduc that day and was able to work out a fair deal, easily, with no pressure. I then met Finance Manager Natalia Sotnikova for the documentation, very knowledgeable and respectful and again very easy to work with. Why can’t all dealerships be like this? When I returned the next day to pick up the Dodge Charger I was greeted by Christina Randell who handled the final paperwork and vehicle walk around ensuring that all was perfect for possession. She made sure that all the requests I had made the previous day had been addressed with a professional and polite manner. I was treated respectfully and honestly throughout my entire purchase at Leduc Chrysler. You need to give this dealership a chance to earn your business. More

Christina was amazing in her knowledge of my Jeep as she took me step by step on understanding all of it's features. I know that I can call on her at anytime for helpful advice should I need it and I appreciate that. The service department as well was extremely professional and helpful. Cory McMullen was very helpful with towing and payload specifications and overall vehicle options. Quickly returned our calls and messages if he wasn't immediately available, even after regular dealer business hours. When finally decided on a purchase of a new half ton, we had very specific interest in trim, option, color, etc. Cory and Dean found exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend anyone give Cory a call if considering purchase of a vehicle. Natalia and Christina were also very helpful to make wrapping up the process easy and organized. We have not had much experience with the service department yet, except for having a tonneau cover installed and rear air bags installed at time of purchase plus pre-delivery detailing.
