Promised it would be fixed in a day but that was a week with the wrong part being ordered. Not so sure I will be back. More

Loyal Customer Trade In Ripped Off Purchased a 2014 Focus which had transmission issues (Ford, not dealer problem). Back and forth to dealer many times with no permanent fixes. Traded Purchased a 2014 Focus which had transmission issues (Ford, not dealer problem). Back and forth to dealer many times with no permanent fixes. Traded the car in for new car recently as I didn't feel safe driving the Focus. Very low mileage, excellent condition all around. Gave me peanuts for the car (all it is worth based on the sales person who I've dealt with for four years) and turned around and sold it for twice as much a few weeks later making a $4k to $5k profit. I've sent three friends to buy cars from this dealership. I feel ripped off given my loyalty to this dealer, instead of giving me a fair deal they short changed me. I know they have to make a profit but this is excessive. More

Excellent experience Chevron was amazing. Friendly, personable and very professional. He was very thorough on explaining the features of the Hybrid as well as making 100% Chevron was amazing. He was very thorough on explaining the features of the Hybrid as well as making 100% sure we learnt all the differences so well as the similarities to a regular vehicle and that both Jim and I were completely comfortable behind the wheel before we left for home. He quickly engaged my son and kept him interested while we spoke about boring car details. Chevon answered all of my questions, showed me a couple of cars and gave my son a fun test drive in a convertible mustang. Overall really great experience and knowledgeable staff. My first lease a 2013 Ford Edge was one of the best experiences I’ve had in purchasing a motor vehicle. Chevon has always been informative and very helpful while working within my budget. I just recently leased a Fusion Energi which tbh I never knew exsisted until Chevon introduced me to it. He patientaly went over the details and the gas saving benefits and I was sold!
