Had the opportunity to bring my Tacoma in for a major servicing. Firis Shirif, was very courteous, polite and most importantly, Professional. No matter how busy she is, she’ll take the time to make sure that everything is ok with my truck. Like Firis Sharif and Joe Moniz, Chelsea Wakefield is friendly and professional and above all, there for me! Joe Moniz has assisted me greatly! No matter how busy he is, he’ll come out and talk to me and answer questions about my truck. He does the work on my Taco and is very knowledgeable and professional! Thanks, Guys for all that you do!! He is very knowledgeable and notifies me of any upcoming service related items which may be due in the future which makes planning for upcoming expenses much easier. If something is of concern to me such as a recent issue related to my transmission , he knows exactly the expert in house that I should speak with. It turned out there was a warranty service on that problem. An appointment was immediately scheduled. My Camry will always be dealer serviced. More

His quick (and accurate) assessment of my issues with my old Tacoma proved quickly solvable, and had me back to work in no time!!! Recent Servicing Experience - ToyotaTown I recently brought my 2014 Camry into Toyotatown for scheduled servicing . The service was exactly as estimated. The only additional item was a cab I recently brought my 2014 Camry into Toyotatown for scheduled servicing . The service was exactly as estimated. The only additional item was a cabin filter which Helena Vrabec brought out and showed me the physical evidence of requiring immediate replacement. Helena brought a few items for future servicing as well as the probable cost of such service procedures and timelines. Helena is amazing with her knowledge and expertise of parts and service. This service consultant is definitely a "keeper" as she an asset to the service department at Toyotatown especially in the way she approaches customers with detailed explanations without that usual talking down to the customer that is usually the case at other auto service enterprises.
