Daniel Makhoul, in particular, was an excellent salesperson who displayed a high level of professionalism and product knowledge. His ability to understand my needs and provide tailored solutions made the car buying process seamless and enjoyable. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making him a standout individual in his field. I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Sienna from their dealership, a decision that necessitated travel from Toronto. The experience was so positive that I would not hesitate to repeat the journey for future Toyota purchases. The dealerships in Toronto did not provide the same level of personalized care that I received at Toyota-Town. Rita Dalal, the Finance Manager, was particularly noteworthy for her professionalism and kindness. Brian and Gwen worked with me to solve a unique problem. I hd a Rave 4 hybrid and die to Ukrainian guests at our home I needed more seats. There'd was a significant delay in getting a Highlander hybrid so on an interim basis they put me into a gas vision until the hybrid arrived. That was May 2022, the gas highlander arrived early June. Today I took possession of the new Hybrid Highlander. The dealership was more than gracious as a asked for updates. Service folks also were outstanding for the gas model and the many Toyotas before this (Rav4, Venza, 2 Camry hybrids). I have a long standing relationship with Toyotatown and they have never disappointed. More
