Van service Brent S in the Service department was great to work with. Kept me up to date on the service of the van. When they couldn't see the issue I was havin Brent S in the Service department was great to work with. Kept me up to date on the service of the van. When they couldn't see the issue I was having with cold morning starts. Brent offered a free rental for the day so they can keep the van overnight. Even though they couldn't replicate the issue. The service tech removed the belts and inspected the pulleys which seems to have fixed the issue. Also very nice Shuttle Bus driver that dropped me off at my office. Thanks Neil.. Will be going back again for spring service. More

He immediately recognized the issues and I had the vehicle back within 48 hours. Great service from start to finish! More

Service was great and the service attendant was knowledge I went to Jeep to have a recall done on my Cherokee. The service attendant Brent was very knowledgeable and when I asked how fuel injection cleaning w I went to Jeep to have a recall done on my Cherokee. The service attendant Brent was very knowledgeable and when I asked how fuel injection cleaning was done he took to the service area and explained the entire process. Very transparent and comforting to know they knew what they were doing. Also when asked about the service schedule I was presented with a compilation of service items that was done by Chrysler Canada in conjunction with Jeep that had all the correct maintenance procedures along with Capital Dodge prices. Finally a clear and concise maintenance schedule that did not contain additional and unneeded maintenance which is rampant across the industry. Bravo Capital Dodge. More

Transmission Troubles My 30+ year long dream to finally own and drive a Fiat 500 - even though only second hand - changed into a sudden downer just about 3 weeks ago when I My 30+ year long dream to finally own and drive a Fiat 500 - even though only second hand - changed into a sudden downer just about 3 weeks ago when I noticed really bad noises coming from the front end of the car. I had it towed to this dealership even though I did not purchase this car from them a few months ago. The service team was very nice, and especially Brent went a long way to have my blown transmission exchanged at n/c under the factory warranty. During all the time it took to get my own car back this dealer supplied me with a free loaner to stay mobile. Unfortunately they noticed at that time that possibly both front wheel bearings also needed to be replaced. Although I was quoted for two replacements, at the end they only needed to replace one of them. I truly appreciated their honesty in this matter as well. At this point I have to give them big 'koodos' and will highly recommend this dealership. Hopefully my Fiat will be fine for a while now, and if not I know where I will bring it from now on. Thank you very much Brent and service team at Capital Chrysler Jeep Doge Kanata - my 500 runs now like a charm! More

This week, my tire pressure light came on, so I stopped in and asked the staff if they could fill my tires and retorque the tires. They did it right away without any expectation of payment. Ryan Rodney and the other staff are always professional and pleasant to deal with. When I ask for a non-smoking mechanic, I trust them to provide this. My vehicle has never smelled like smoke after it was returned to me. More

One thing after another So to start off, I brought my truck in for a 80pt inspection, oil change and coolant flush. My apt was for 10 and I told them I would need to reserve So to start off, I brought my truck in for a 80pt inspection, oil change and coolant flush. My apt was for 10 and I told them I would need to reserve a rental due to the fact I live an hr away. Once I've got the truck dropped off with service I am told I have no reservation for a rental vehicle. Luckily they rental lady had one that just came in. When I dropped my vehicle off. I specifically asked for a synthetic oil change. I have only run synthetic in my truck. After my truck is finally done at 4pm which is a little rediculous if you ask me. I read over my bills to find that I have gotten a conventional oil change. I asked the service advisor who I dealt with. Brent I believe? He told me that I guess I will have to bring it in at 5k instead of 10k now. I wasn't very impressed with that. I do know oils have come a long way in years. But there's reasons as to why I pay for the synthetic oil changes. Also I find it ironic when I come in for an 85pt inspection and as I'm at the lights a km away my belt/pulleys start squeaking. They have tried to fix this before. SEVERAL times. I take care of my equipment as I pay for quality. But when I have a truck that comes out of service and all I can hear is this squeal. It's quite embarrassing. This is the first time I haven't dealt with ryan Rodney I believe his name is. He has always taken care of me. Needless to say. I won't be returning to capital dodge. More

We were seen and taken care of as soon as we arrived, I even ask the lady in the snack bar if she liked her job, word for word "I love my job". We dealt with Brent Smith and Ryan Rodney, we were very pleased with their service. Our little Fiat is running like a top! Thank you! More
