From the initial point of contact Farid did everything he could to make my experience enjoyable. He is very professional and treats you with the up most respect. One issue we encountered was trying to locate either a black or white car. Farid and his team checked every dealership and wasn't able to locate anything. We finally decided on another option- and i'm so happy we did. Farid was very patient and understanding to my specific requests and did everything he could to make it happen. Since driving away in my new Chevy Cruze he has followed up with me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. No other dealership i've dealt with has ever put this much thought and effort into their post-sales customer service.
