My very 1st visit and was very impressed by the service advisor and service manager and every employee in sales and service! I will be back to purchase my new Ford there! Warrant service recall was quick a advisor and service manager and every employee in sales and service! I will be back to purchase my new Ford there! Warrant service recall was quick and professional! More dealerships need to be like this one! Customer are treated like part of the family and respectful! Our overall experience at Shottenkirk Ford was good. Beau, Matt Roth and Brian did a great job working with us on our purchase. However, the experience with Mike, the finance representative was one of Beau, Matt Roth and Brian did a great job working with us on our purchase. However, the experience with Mike, the finance representative was one of the worst customer service experiences we ever experienced. He did not stand great us when we entered his office and did not acknowledge my wife’s presence. He never mad eye with either of us until I declined the additional warranty on electronics. At that point he basically looked at me and inferred I was an idiot. He was extremely condescending. He didn’t explain any of the paperwork and just said sign this and write a check for this amount. He did say a a good rest of your day when the transaction was completed but did not thanks or shake hands before we left. I’m have why he was so rude other than the assumption that he was angry because he didn’t make money off us financing the truck or buying additional warranties. My wife was very close to walking away from this transaction because of Mike’s terribly unprofessional performance. More
