He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best deal. We ended up walking out with 2 vehicles instead of one! I would highly recommend Q to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you, Q. Advertising the car price without the 'non-negotiable premium package' added is wrong. It's a disrespectful thing to do to a customer. I drive 2 hours just to find out the car is 'non-negotiably' $1995 m premium package' added is wrong. It's a disrespectful thing to do to a customer. I drive 2 hours just to find out the car is 'non-negotiably' $1995 more than advertised. It's a xxxxxxxx move. The lowball initial offer I got for my truck was a xxxxxxxxx move too. To the level of insulting. I would warn any future customer to be wary of anything like that that could be slipped past them More

UPDATE: The GM Brett did call me back twice. He did what he said he was going to do. Although he and the dealership didn't feel that they did anything wrong, he did at least listen to my concer He did what he said he was going to do. Although he and the dealership didn't feel that they did anything wrong, he did at least listen to my concerns and looked into the situation. He met me halfway with what I was asking for and is giving me back my down-payment and 3 free oil changes. He at least cared that I felt I was wronged and did what he felt was right. I won't buy from the dealership again, but if you choose to, just be sure to do your homework. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! I came here just to look for a car and had a pushy sales manager who swindled me. I was not told my "new" car was a loaner. My sales rep was very nice, but neither party informed me this was a loaner. Why is this important? Because myself as well as a few of my close friends and a coworker that used to sell cars, all confirmed they have to disclose that the car is a loaner. On top of that myself and friends that have all bought loaner cars, each got 10k off the MSRP. The GM won't call me back. Bryan talked to me after I came up to dealership and said no, we don't have to disclose that and it's not normal to mark the car down. Weird bc that's what's happened to everyone else I've talked to.He didn't even try to hear me out and kept cutting me off. This dealership has had a bad name for a while but I had heard it's getting better so I gave them shot. Learned my lesson. I'll never do business with them ever again. On top of that, I'm already having to wait to get repairs done on my "new" car. Don't trust what they say. Do your research. I was overcharged $5k and they acted like it was deal. Do yourself a favor and go to Weatherford or fort worth. More
