With much fear and trepidation we began shopping and one of the dealerships we visited was Budd's Chevrolet. From the moment we were met by our sales person, Basil Silas, we knew we had found the right place. Within a few minutes we had been welcomed half a dozen staff, offered numerous cups of coffee and made to feel right at home. With care and expertise we were led to the vehicle we ended up purchasing, a 2016 Cruze. Basil listened to our needs and concerns and effectively answered them all. Manager Craig Taylor was encouraging as we worked on getting the best deal possible. Today I picked up our new vehicle and could not be happier. I have nothing but good to say about all the staff at Budd's Chev Olds. More
