Anthony is very pleasant and personable every time I go in to have my vehicles serviced. When I drive in I am always greeted with a smile. He is knowledgeable and knows his work well. My service appointments are usually very quick, and on a few occasions, he has surprised me with a clean car leaving the service center! He not only takes very good care of me, but he also extends his knowledge and friendliness to both my sons who also bring their vehicles to Ontario Chrysler for service. In November of 2013, I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee SRT. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gord PICH, as my car salesman and he was proffesional and courteous from the beginning. He made the whole process as seamless as possible and made my experience very enjoyable in buying a new vehicle. Since the purchase, this past week I had the opportunity to come back for my first service and Anthony ITALIANO the service advisor was courteous and efficient from the time I walked in. As well, I was treated to a very delicious breakfast sandwich from the dealership cafeteria, which I must say was delicious. Overall my satisfaction with Ontario Jeep dealership has been very enjoyable. More
