He is the most competent diesel mechanic I have ever encountered. Last week, I had the misfortune of having the vehicle towed in again due to the seizure of the water pump, which shreded the engine belt. Simon, as well as Anthony, not only fixed the problem, but also corrected some bad job done to the vehicle by someone else before. Now the van drives significantly better than before. These two gentlemen also did their best to minimize my costs to the repairs. (I could tell that Simon also felt sorry for me for my misfortune with the truck). He is a mechanic with a heart. Yes. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen to anyone I know. More

I received a call from Bourk ( I believe he is the owner or one of the owners - not sure) within an hour. He went to great lengths to make things right, right down to picking up my car and delivering it back after the parts came in. I want to thank Ontario Chrysler for taking charge of poor, but not awful, service and going the extra miles to ensure I was happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealer for service or sales, as I bought the vehicle there as well. I will also add the work was warranty, so they did not forget about me AFTER the sale like so many retailers do. Thanks again Ontario Chrysler ! More
