I was there for a simple oil change and found out that there were other issues with my Dodge Durango. The team worked continuously to find solutions to satisfy my needs. Under a time crunch, they were able to fix the problem (quality work completed) while making the deadline requested (time management) and meeting my overall expectations. Anthony provided constant updates to myself to ensure I knew what was being done, which helped me to remain calm. His calm demeanor and empathy went a long way and I am very pleased with the outcome. I appreciate the efforts he made to ensure that I left happy and I'm sure it was not easy due to the opportunities that were in the way. I will continue to use this dealership for all my future service needs. I hope they are able to keep up the standard in which they set very high. More

I have purchased all my vehicles from this dealership and as a single woman who knows very little about vehicles I have been treated with integrity and never taken advantage of because I don't know about vehicles. I took my vehicle to a closer dealership because my engine light came on, they looked at it and charged me $100 for a couple minutes work. Not even one month later and my engine light is on so off to Ontario Chrysler I go because they won't just shut the light off and send me away. More
