I had researched exactly which vehicle I wanted and was able to work with Andreanne to find a perfect match! She was invested in the process without being pushy. She was patient with me and my crazy schedule. We drove many vehicles in our quest to find the best fit. I am 100% happy with my experience !! Andréanne, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and genuine. She came in on her day off to meet with us on our return visit to purchase. Quite frankly, she is amazing! The entire purchase process was extremely well coordinated and the business manager quickly set everything up for us to finalize our purchase. On Friday we picked up our new car and felt that the staff went that extra mile to make us feel special and include our 8 year old son in the deal. We plan to buy a Dodge Ram in the near future and know we will be in good hands at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

Painless - an almost pleasant experience! I find buying cars to be a very stressful experience. I like to have all my ducks in a row before I start - most importantly a reasonable "on the road I find buying cars to be a very stressful experience. I like to have all my ducks in a row before I start - most importantly a reasonable "on the road" price I'm willing to pay and able to afford, including a rough idea (through research) of what I think my existing car would be worth on trade in. I'd been dealing with another out of town dealership for over a week, and they were staunchly unwilling to move from the initial price I was given, which was out of my range due to a lowball on the trade in. So I visited Capital City Dodge, and within 20 minutes I was given the price I thought was reasonable. Less than an hour later, I'd processed through the majority of the paperwork, and two days later picked up my new car. I dealt primarily with Andreanne and Michael, they were amazing - this was the car buying experience I'd always dreamed of! More

I have always hated buying cars, the back and forth rituals imposed by dealership processes are a profound irritant and a waste of my time. I once bought a Saturn just to avoid all this (not my most exciting purchase...). However, my experience this time was entirely different and I credit Andreanne Budd my salesperson for it. It is unlikely I would have bought the car at this dealership if it wasn't for her. I appreciated that she paid attention, and quickly and smartly highlighted the differences between the options I was considering. She then made the process as quick and painless as I have seen in many years, and many cars. The car pick-up was fun, no nonsense and I appreciated the quick introduction to the friendly service folks. More
