We were just in the beginning phase of our new Corolla search but we ended up buying once we agreed on price, done! Andre de Coning in Finance was similarly helpful, very pleasant man and easy to deal with. I'm not one usually to enjoy car shopping but this was a surprisingly pleasant experience, easy-peasy. Price is paramount for me, and the family-and-friends discount made it possible to make my decision on the spot, the other dealership in London had no comparable discount at this time. Thank you. sales experience We were pleased with our recent purchase. The only hitch was that our Insurance certificates were not available - don't know if our insurance company We were pleased with our recent purchase. The only hitch was that our Insurance certificates were not available - don't know if our insurance company didn't send them or if they were misplaced at the dealership - not a big deal as I will just have the insurance company send them to me via email.I really preferred the actual purchase i.e. we were given a fair price for our trade with no haggling and unlike other dealers we didn't have to provide a deposit to make an offer. In my past dealings with other dealers - I always had to give them a deposit to even make an offer on a car. This always ticked me off - they claim that you had to give a deposit to show that you were serious about buying a car - doesn't make sense to me - if I wasn't serious I wouldn't be there in the first place. More
