Prompt and thorough This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation that I came in because my past dealer service experience (with another brand) was not a happy one. I'm doing so because my new car purchase included the three years of servicing. I arrived just before the appointed hour, and someone outside told me where to bring the car (into a warm, dry area!) and when I stepped out, Amanda was right there, with the records. She told me when to expect the car to be ready, and since I'd forgotten my phone, gave me a pager to take up to the (clean, bright) lounge so they could let me know when it was ready. It ended up being ready about 15 minutes earlier than advised. 10/10! More

Excellent customer service Recently I purchased new winter tires and had the oil changed to get the car ready for the winter season. Everybody I dealt with in the Parts & Servic Recently I purchased new winter tires and had the oil changed to get the car ready for the winter season. Everybody I dealt with in the Parts & Service Department were friendly, polite. and professional. They price matched the cost of the tires and installed them in no time at all. The oil change took less than an hour with no appointment required. I would recommend these folks without hesitation. More

Quickly resolved a problem Had a major suspension repair done in July on our Sienna with a big bill. Work was done well, on time and budget. There was a problem to follow up on, and I did not hear back. When I contacted Mr. Ng and his staff 6 weeks later they apologized for the delay and quickly resolved the problem the same day. That is why I continue to be a loyal service customer of this dealership. More
