Wonderful experience, everybody was so great! I went into the dealership looking for my first ever brand new car and was greeted by Tyler. I let him know what my two options were and he was promp I went into the dealership looking for my first ever brand new car and was greeted by Tyler. I let him know what my two options were and he was prompt to get me set up on test drives of each model. He was very knowledgeable about the differences of the two cars which helped me to make an informed decision. He made sure to explain all of the extra protections options and what each option entailed. Alison dealt with the financial aspect and was great at explaining all the paperwork and the steps going forward. She also re-iterated all of the extra protection add-ons to make doubly sure I knew everything that was included. She got me an appointment just 2 days later to come pick up my new car. When I came to pick up the new car I was dealing with Jim. Jim did a great job of walking me through the ins and outs of the new car, and even pre-loaded some radio stations and hooked up my phone's Bluetooth for me. Then I was finishing up paperwork again with Alison. Since then Tyler has checked in to see how I am liking the new car. All in all this was a really wonderful experience. It was my first time buying a brand new car straight from the dealership and I didn't really know what to expect. Everybody was very friendly and personable and made everything so easy and straightforward. I look forward to dealing with them for all future maintenance appointments needed for my car. More
