The customer service was EXCELLENT! I got an amazing deal and everyone there was so friendly especially Adrian and everyone worked together to make sure I was as satisfied as possible. We went to several dealerships and the CS with Adrian surpassed all of the reps we met at the other dealerships. He stayed after his shift, didn’t push a thing, listened to our car needs and budget and e surpassed all of the reps we met at the other dealerships. He stayed after his shift, didn’t push a thing, listened to our car needs and budget and even let us come back later that day to accommodate our daycare pick up time. This is my second purchase with Georgetown Kia in the same year. I must say in both my purchases I had an extra ordinary experience with all the staff. As a new comer to Canada, they helped me setup and arrange my first car and than to my second purchase with them. They really go an extra ordinary mile to help and serve there customers.
