I would like to express my great gratitude to Mr Saverio for all what he has done for me. Also I would like to thank from deep heart Mr Bijon for his work and his help, I'm not a Volkswagen client but my insurance assigned them to fix my car after an accident and they were more than professional. Thank you is a small word to say. I had a problem with my insurance and Mr Saverio didn't left me in the middle of the road, he has done everything he can to offer an excellent service until I have fixed my problem with my insurance company. They took into consideration the presence of my little baby and they have done all their best. I will never forget what they have done and for sure we will be their client soon. Volkswagen prestige are lucky to have such employees like Mr Saverio end Bijon.

Honestly i used to love this dealership. I bought 2 cars from them, (used 2007 Rabbit, and a GTI) and was pleasantly surprised with the sales quality and delivery of my cars. Service on the other hand was and is awful. I brought my car in for an inspection before selling it only for them to break my handbrake and tell me it was already broken. IT WAS NOT ALREADY BROKEN. Also, after selling that car privately and buying a newer VW from another dealer, i brought it in for a under warranty service. The service team came to me explaining that nothing was wrong with my car. I had gotten a third party inspection to ensure the car was ok and they found a few fault codes which they gladly printed for me to show the dealership. VW refused to look at them and claimed the car was fine. I went back to the third party garage, scanned it again and the same codes came back, all within 24 hours. Went back to VW Sources and again they told me the car is fine and if i bring back my car, make sure it actually has a problem. I was very surprised and disappointed in VW Sources. They used to be a very good dealership and i will never ever bring my car back there for service or to buy a new car. Lost a very loyal customer.

i would like to start by the amazing service i received from Martin the manager of used cars. i had a check engine light a month ago was told it is not covered under warranty, i paid for the service to be completed. ( my 2015 jetta was misfiring) exactly one month after service was done, a second check engine light popped up, reading the same fault code, was told that they will not be looking at it due to the fact that the light had turned off while entering the parking lot. spoke to a manager (martin) who went above and had the report done by christopher who proceeded to slam the papers on the desk and say " heres the report theres nothing wrong with your car go get it fixed at another garage" i left and stayed in my car knowing that it would come back. indeed the check engine light did come back. the manager took over my file and things are being done as we speak. the service that was offered from christopher C. was horrible, i felt extremely disrespected and belittled by said service provided.

This dealership does not care about customers. The service people are rude and extremely incompetent. I have never seen anything like this before. I will never buy another vehicle from here and will no longer service my vehicle here either. STAY AWAY!

After an accident, my car was towed here for repair The service group were absolutely excellent, and the service advisor Daniel in particular went out of his way to be helpful and contacted me frequently with updates and did everything they could to assist, both in dealing with the insurance company and providing additional help. Very pleased.

Dishonest dealer that sells car with front brake component didn't meet minimum safety requirements in Ont. The car was inspected by Audi dealer in Ont for safety did not meet minimum safety requirements need 2 front rotors and a set of pad.
Explanation and comments from Niquet was the vehicle met Quebec minimum safety requirements at the time of purchased.Paid $2000 for Audi Certified but no help from Audi Canada. Customer relation justification was at the time of purchased the met minimum safety requirements brake components didn't include in the warranty.

This is my second time trying to leave a review - the first one got too buggy, so I restarted. Anyway, I was a longtime client at Campbell & Cameron Volkswagen when the store was located in Verdun, and was surprised, and a little worried when I found out the store had moved to a much bigger location at 1855 Dollard in Ville LaSalle. I need not have worried. The whole staff from the old location made the move to LaSalle, and all of the familiar faces are still there! As usual, the service was excellent. I like the new building much more than the old ones, and even though they are a little further away, it is well worth it to deal with people I trust. The new member of the Campbell & Cameron team, Mark, is great at explaining the work required, and I'm sure he'll fit right in with the new operation in LaSalle. I love Volkswagens! And I love Campbell & Cameron Volkswagen!

Buyers beware, DO NOT BUY from Mathieu Deschenes he's a LIAR!!!
- Make you sign the contract saying the car is in his inventory and next day call you saying that the dealer he was getting it from sold it and tries to sell you one in different colour. Isn't "in inventory" means he HAS the car?
- He promised to cover the last 3 payments of my previous lease and he changed the terms to 2 payments on contract without my consent.
- I asked him numerous time the mileage of the car before delivery and he guarantees everytime it'll be under 100KM. When I signed the contract it's written 10KM I then check the odometer and it shows 250KM!
These are just a few of his lies!
The dealer in overall is not bad but this salesman (Mathieu Deschenes) MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST!

I had to have my VW serviced and since I purchased my car at this dealer I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday September 4th. I asked the dealer to lend me a car because I have a very busy schedule and can't be stuck at dealer for an hour or more. The day before my appointment I get a call saying they won't have a car available, so I said fine let's reschedule next wednesday, and once again I needed a courtesy car. An hour before my appointement I get a call that the car they will lend me during service is ready and I can show up at any time. I show up there, on time, and guess what...the car is not in the lot. I was so furious, how does a dealership not have a car to lend its customers ?(+ they charge you 20 or 25$ / day which is not a lot, but still they charge you for it) I had to drive 30 mins from work to be told they did not have it.
THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD EVER!
My suggestion is, do not service your car at that dealer, they do not care about customers!
