The two gentleman I dealt with answered all my questions and provided excellent service all the way.
I dealt with Bijan Mohseni and Saverio Ferrara who went above and beyond explaining all process and procedures on my case and handled the repairs on my car with care. Reassuring quality work and taking pride in a job fantastically delivered, remaining always available to return my calls and walk me through the process every step of the way.
It was a very positive experience dealing with these two high class professionals.
I would recommend this facility to anyone in a heartbeat.

I have been purchasing new Volkswagens for my family for the past 12 years (a total of 13 so far). My most recent purchase, just last week, was only the first time that I have dealt with Grenier Volkswagen. WOW!! The sales people there are so welcoming, friendly and focused on the customer. My sincere thanks to everyone (William, Jonatan, Benjamin and Florence). I will definitely be going back there for my next purchase, without any hesitation.

Honestly i used to love this dealership. I bought 2 cars from them, (used 2007 Rabbit, and a GTI) and was pleasantly surprised with the sales quality and delivery of my cars. Service on the other hand was and is awful. I brought my car in for an inspection before selling it only for them to break my handbrake and tell me it was already broken. IT WAS NOT ALREADY BROKEN. Also, after selling that car privately and buying a newer VW from another dealer, i brought it in for a under warranty service. The service team came to me explaining that nothing was wrong with my car. I had gotten a third party inspection to ensure the car was ok and they found a few fault codes which they gladly printed for me to show the dealership. VW refused to look at them and claimed the car was fine. I went back to the third party garage, scanned it again and the same codes came back, all within 24 hours. Went back to VW Sources and again they told me the car is fine and if i bring back my car, make sure it actually has a problem. I was very surprised and disappointed in VW Sources. They used to be a very good dealership and i will never ever bring my car back there for service or to buy a new car. Lost a very loyal customer.

Pire service clients ever... Ne cancellent pas les financements précédant, ne font aucun suivi après vente ( tu appelles et tu n'as jamais aucun retour, tu laisse des messages, tu n'as jamais aucun retour). Quand tu appelles pour signaler les problèmes, ils disent pratiquement que c'est de la faute... Pu jamais et je le déconseille fortement. En plus ils vendent des voitures défectueuse et ne veulent pas en prendre la responsabilité! Vraiment tenez vous loins... 6 semaines après la prise de possession je dois mettre +- 4000$ de réparation sur une voiture payer 25 000$ +tx....

Une voiture neuve qui a besoin d'un alignement et dont les 2 pneus avant sont usés au bout de 6 mois d'utilisation, c'est surprenant. Permuter les pneus au lieu de les remplacer comme le suggérait Bytek Wolkswagen et deux autres garagistes indépendants, c'est préoccupant.
Il faut aussi savoir que les pneus d'hiver n'étaient pas de la bonne taille et qu'ils ont dû être remplacés après que Costco ait refusé de les installer pour cette raison.
Cet atelier, qui n'est pas à la hauteur du service de vente, n'est pas digne de confiance et je vous le déconseille fortement.

Dishonest dealer that sells car with front brake component didn't meet minimum safety requirements in Ont. The car was inspected by Audi dealer in Ont for safety did not meet minimum safety requirements need 2 front rotors and a set of pad.
Explanation and comments from Niquet was the vehicle met Quebec minimum safety requirements at the time of purchased.Paid $2000 for Audi Certified but no help from Audi Canada. Customer relation justification was at the time of purchased the met minimum safety requirements brake components didn't include in the warranty.

This is my second time trying to leave a review - the first one got too buggy, so I restarted. Anyway, I was a longtime client at Campbell & Cameron Volkswagen when the store was located in Verdun, and was surprised, and a little worried when I found out the store had moved to a much bigger location at 1855 Dollard in Ville LaSalle. I need not have worried. The whole staff from the old location made the move to LaSalle, and all of the familiar faces are still there! As usual, the service was excellent. I like the new building much more than the old ones, and even though they are a little further away, it is well worth it to deal with people I trust. The new member of the Campbell & Cameron team, Mark, is great at explaining the work required, and I'm sure he'll fit right in with the new operation in LaSalle. I love Volkswagens! And I love Campbell & Cameron Volkswagen!

Buyers beware, DO NOT BUY from Mathieu Deschenes he's a LIAR!!!
- Make you sign the contract saying the car is in his inventory and next day call you saying that the dealer he was getting it from sold it and tries to sell you one in different colour. Isn't "in inventory" means he HAS the car?
- He promised to cover the last 3 payments of my previous lease and he changed the terms to 2 payments on contract without my consent.
- I asked him numerous time the mileage of the car before delivery and he guarantees everytime it'll be under 100KM. When I signed the contract it's written 10KM I then check the odometer and it shows 250KM!
These are just a few of his lies!
The dealer in overall is not bad but this salesman (Mathieu Deschenes) MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST!

I had to have my VW serviced and since I purchased my car at this dealer I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday September 4th. I asked the dealer to lend me a car because I have a very busy schedule and can't be stuck at dealer for an hour or more. The day before my appointment I get a call saying they won't have a car available, so I said fine let's reschedule next wednesday, and once again I needed a courtesy car. An hour before my appointement I get a call that the car they will lend me during service is ready and I can show up at any time. I show up there, on time, and guess what...the car is not in the lot. I was so furious, how does a dealership not have a car to lend its customers ?(+ they charge you 20 or 25$ / day which is not a lot, but still they charge you for it) I had to drive 30 mins from work to be told they did not have it.
THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD EVER!
My suggestion is, do not service your car at that dealer, they do not care about customers!
