I scheduled my 2025 F-250 6. - Josh O’Brien

I scheduled my 2025 F-250 6.7L Power Stroke for its second service and advised the service department that the steering wheel has been off-centre since the day I took delivery of the truck. I requested that the issue be inspected and corrected under warranty, as it is clearly not the result of wear and tear, but rather a condition that has existed since new. The most likely causes are an improper factory or dealer alignment, or an alignment shift that occurred during transportation and was never addressed prior to delivery. I was advised that this repair would likely not be covered under warranty. I find this unacceptable. A steering wheel that has been off-centre since day one is not a maintenance issue; it is a delivery issue that should have been corrected long ago. I also inquired about the availability of a loaner vehicle while the service was being completed. I was informed that loaner vehicles must be requested in advance. If that is the dealership’s policy, it should be clearly communicated at the time an appointment is booked so customers can make appropriate arrangements. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with my first service visit. I brought the truck in for an oil change, paid nearly $400, and the vehicle was returned to me filthy. It wasn’t even rinsed off before being returned. This is a brand-new F-250 6.7L diesel with a purchase price well in excess of $110,000. I expected a significantly higher standard of customer service and support. Instead, I have been met with resistance regarding a legitimate warranty concern and a level of service that falls well below what should be expected from a Ford dealership. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking that a defect that has existed since delivery be addressed appropriately and that customers be treated with the level of professionalism one would expect when making a purchase of this magnitude.

I took my F150 in for a recall on the door actuator. Job was completed on time and as a professional courtesy gesture the advisor Sepehr repaired my fob. Completely impressed with such outstanding service. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service right from the start of looking at a - Stargratt

Exceptional service right from the start of looking at a new vehicle to the day we picked up our new vehicle. Gabe Salo was outstanding as a new salesperson. Josee Belanger and the rest of the staff were excellent at making us feel special.

I would give them a 0 stars if I could. - cap1

I would give them a 0 stars if I could. Rude money hungry employees. But once they have your money, it's game over, they won't assist you with anything. Their warranty is a big joke - a scam and nothing more than a money grab. Do NOT buy their warranty. NOTHING is covered. For everything that goes wrong with your vehicle, they will say it's excluded from the warranty. They charge up to $5,000. for a warranty the basically covers nothing. You'll never even spend $5,000. on repairs yourself. What a crock of xxxx that is. I bought a vehicle there 8 months ago. Now, already, it needs alot of work, $5,000. worth. AND NONE OF IT IS COVERED under the warranty. So basically, $5,000. down the drain. I have many other complaints about them, but there's not enough room to type it all in here. Just trust me when I say do not buy from them.

It was a great experience to do business with Victory - glo-glo

It was a great experience to do business with Victory Lincoln. We are so happy with our new car ( NAUTILUS LINCOLN ). Very good experience with the seller Atef Salim who took the time to discuss with us and listen to our needs. The distance from Belle River to Chatham was worth it. We highly recommend Victory Lincoln. Gloria & Don

I took my F-150 into to Wayne Pitman. - Michael

I took my F-150 into to Wayne Pitman. $450 later....my truck still had original issue. Needed to take it to yet another dealer. I asked Wayne Pitman to refund my diagnostics only. I gladly pay for work that was done...but in fairness I shouldn't had to have paid twice for diagnostics. Sarah fully agreed and was quite nice. However...she was overridden by Andrew. The plaid jacket arrogant smile with his hand reaching into your pocket. Why do dealerships hire these uncaring kind of managers? It get old and frustrating.
