Put a $1000 24 hr hold on a vehicle. We decided against buying the vehicle as it had a number of issues even after going through their comprehensive inspection process???? Sales manager refused to refund the $1000 hold even though they had written proof that we had canceled within 24 hrs. He claimed that their sales peoples's time was worth something. Had to come down to the dealership and get their GM involved who initially sided with the Sales Manager. Eventually got our money back but would never buy from, or recommend, them to anyone.

Worst service you could get. Rude to me, left me on hold and wouldn't call me back. I have never been to a dealership that was more bumbling. Winnipeg Hyundai on Portage has always been spectacular. No idea how a place like this could carry the Hyundai name.
