Terrible Finance Repport - Karen
This dealership does not want to help their customers. Our finance individual came off being very arrogant and I felt very undervalued. Would not recommend.
Awesome experience - Jane
Thank you for the wonderful service Mainline team! Munech and sheldon are great to work with in the finance department. The service department helped us out immensely. I definitely recommend everyone to buy at mainline motors.

The service was available within a short period of time. At the shop the attendant was very courtious. The work was completed with the time specified. The sales team are very personable and friendly whenever I drop in. A great shop.
Service was prompt, professional, car was washed and clean - Breden124
Joel was great to work with, our CTS required service which completed on time. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and on time. Over all a very pleasant experience.
Excellent service - Nicholas Singha
Purchased a vehicle from Jack Neufeld. Excellent service and very up front. Very knowledgeable on what he was selling. No run around and he was not pushy. 4 months after Purchase we were still givin excellent service. Well done great experience. We will be returning.
RUDE PEOPLE - Unsatisfied customer
Got my car toed there they “fixed” it and gave me a big bill and sent me on my way, the next day my car wouldn’t start got it toed back and they put parts in without ever calling me to ask gave me another big bill when I asked why they never called she just said “want me to rip the parts out” and charges me for much more service then I’m sure it took to do the job and was very hard to reach on the phone was always waiting on hold or phone just not being answered. VERY rude receptionist WILL NOT BE BACK!
Under new ownership and they sure have turned things around - Kipperwc
Went in, was told that they were under new ownership and boy was I surprised. Second time visiting, (First time bought a used vehicle for the wife) and saw a complete turn around. Great customer service! Will definitely come back when needed
Service????? - Evelyn
Bought a 2011 Equinox -20000k later sucking oil- needed ring job - found out a recall on this but CD wd not honour cause oil changes were not done there. They claim GM wd not put it thru because there wasn't enough documentation. Service Manager Blake -arrogant, would not let u explain or put in a word. Too bad, met C Dunn when I bought the car and he seemed genuine. But as usual the service promised at purchase does not follow thru. They do keep calling to remind me that I need this or that at this time. Makes u wonder why they are so desperate for business. I will never buy anything from this place again. Fooled me once but not twice!
Multiple bad experiences - LimJahey
Years ago, I gave the Murray Chrysler side a chance but ended up walking out of the sales office after asking the salesman to inquire with his manager on the best price for the vehicle we looked at, and the salesman wanted me to shake hands on the deal before he even went to ask about the best price...
Fast forward half a decade and I thought I would give the Murray Chev dealer a try. Initially the salesman was very nice and accommodating, but when it came time to compete on price with other dealer offers, I was met with condescending texts and insinuation that I was lying about the offers.
Seeing as how I am now driving in my brand new vehicle from one of said other dealers, I guess I wasn't lying! Their loss, which will have a domino effect. What's more, I have since heard several other people share similar stories about their experience at this same dealer, and even this same salesman. Do yourself a favour and spare the slap-in-the-face trade-in "offer" they will give you, as well as the egotistical trip from the staff in your prospective purchase, and go to a real dealership that actually gives a xxxx and doesn't have a monopoly in the city it resides. Never again, Murray.
Very enjoyable experience - Lindsey
I had a 2014 Honda Civic that I loved. But was feeling very unsafe and nervous on the highways with snow or night time driving. I Needed a vehicle that I would feel safer in when traveling. Went to Zender Ford to inquire about trading my car in on a SUV. I had in mind that a Edge would suit my lifestyle and comfort level. Christian Davey was amazing to deal with and made my decision very easy. His top priority was that I felt safe with driving with my children. I no longer have anxiety about driving the the dark and I totally feel safe when I'm driving with my kids. I would refer anyone to Zender Ford. Just because Chritian made my decision very easy!
Not sure... - Mr Steak
I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.
