After a 12 yr hiatus and lots of research, we were comfortable returning to McNaught. Ironically, we were able to meet with our original Sales Specialist from 12 yrs ago. He, along with his colleagues, did whatever it took to make the deal happen. And, it worked out great for us! It took a little longer than expected (approx. 6 hours), but we ended up on their Wall of Fame! A big thank you to Jozef!

Got my car toed there they “fixed” it and gave me a big bill and sent me on my way, the next day my car wouldn’t start got it toed back and they put parts in without ever calling me to ask gave me another big bill when I asked why they never called she just said “want me to rip the parts out” and charges me for much more service then I’m sure it took to do the job and was very hard to reach on the phone was always waiting on hold or phone just not being answered. VERY rude receptionist WILL NOT BE BACK!

Within the last 6 months I've been going back for head gasket leaks I'm on round 10 the 9th time I brought it there they "fixed" it and it might have went 10 km I had it sitting due to horrible oil burning smell while parts were ordered for different issue brought it back to get these parts on and surprise more leaks!! Service has been the worst I have 2 little ones and this car had me stranded on the road yet they said my car was fixed and at 100% driving capacity! The service I've had is the absolute worst they're rude and don't explain what's actually wrong with the car.

Bought a brand new 2018 diesel terrain have had it for 2 winters now, and it won’t start in cold weather !!! This winter it was in Murray’s shop for over a month and still not fixed ! The mechanic there told us he has no confidence in it starting in cold weather but take it home !!! Nothing done to rectify the situation and absolutely terrible dealing with this company, I feel they have zero customer loyalty we would have to contact them they would never contact us!! We are basically now paying for a vehicle that we don’t trust and know will not run in the winter!! This company did nothing

I had a 2014 Honda Civic that I loved. But was feeling very unsafe and nervous on the highways with snow or night time driving. I Needed a vehicle that I would feel safer in when traveling. Went to Zender Ford to inquire about trading my car in on a SUV. I had in mind that a Edge would suit my lifestyle and comfort level. Christian Davey was amazing to deal with and made my decision very easy. His top priority was that I felt safe with driving with my children. I no longer have anxiety about driving the the dark and I totally feel safe when I'm driving with my kids. I would refer anyone to Zender Ford. Just because Chritian made my decision very easy!

I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.
