Several years ago I purchased a pre-owned 2012 Chevy Silverado which I soon discovered came with a long list of issues. In short-I had bought a "lemon" as far as I was concerned.
After thousands of dollars and countless days at two separate service centers (including the dealership where I had bought it), it still wasn't running properly.
I decided to try Selkirk Chevrolet Buick GMC (almost a "Hail Mary" at this point) and I am beyond satisfied with the results!
Within a couple of hours and a with relatively nominal bill, the truck was finally fixed! After all these years! It runs like a top- better than the day I bought it!
All the staff I dealt with were respectful, courteous and professional, dealt with every concern, and explained everything thoroughly. My truck now runs like new and I could not be happier.
Not only will I continue to take my vehicles to Selkirk for service but also, when the day comes for me to purchase a new vehicle, I will most certainly be taking my business to them.

The staff was more interested in surprising a co-worker for her wedding than setting up a viewing appointment. The vehicle had not been serviced when we saw it but we were promised (by 4 staff members) it would be before we picked it up. After the sale the oil was black and low and the back seats had mold growing in the armrest so it clearly was never serviced. They promised to correct that, we took it back on a mutually agreeable date and no one was there to receive it. The next time they picked it up and it was gone for 5 weeks while they did what should have been done BEFORE it was put up for viewing/sale. The general manager DOES NOT return calls. They were really good a handing out free crap...We would never consider buying another vehicle from there again.

This dealership sold me a used vehicle with warranty that was void. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership in Kenora because the clear coat was peeling and was informed that the vehicle had been painted since the factory. I had no idea that this happened, and why would the dealership sell me something that was void? I was very confused and thought Ledingham could clear this up in a second because why would they rip me off like that. But nope they agreed that oh jeez it does look like its been painted before and the warranty is no good because of that. Then I thought oh well since they sold it to me like that that they would go good for it. But nope they said they'd only pay half. I'm sorry but I bought my vehicle because it had warranty left. I need warranty because I can't afford xxxx like this. Thanks for ripping me off Ledingham.

Looked at a vehicle and then talked to Richard who made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience. Was rude and unwilling to even entertain the idea of offering a deal. Asked to speak to the owner instead who took forever to come out to see me, and then walked right past me and talked to Richard for quite some time. Didn't even acknowledge I was waiting. Owner (who didn't even introduce himself) was just as rude as Richard. I'd give 0 stars, except for a pleasant lady who works there. Went to Selkirk GM that same day and purchased a 2018 Terrain.
Repeat repairs - unhappy1
Thankfully had purchased additional warranty, however did not cover total expenses by a long shot. Had transaxle gaskets replaced X2 , Big $ hit, exhaust is exiting where it should not be, told not a concern, Approx 9 grand into repairs into this car in 4 1/2 years. They would not give me a fair price a year and a half ago on a trade. Slow to get suggested repairs.xxxxx. Only 1 good female person in service

Went in, was told that they were under new ownership and boy was I surprised. Second time visiting, (First time bought a used vehicle for the wife) and saw a complete turn around. Great customer service! Will definitely come back when needed

I took my vehicle in for an inspection/diagnosis and first off dealt with Debbie which was hard to endure. Than later got to deal with Bob Stoesz which was good. Got charged 400-500 for taking a cover plate off and diagnosis but they could not diagnose after all, so I didn't want to spend more. Was told that if I would have the work done there I would have that amount taken off the bill. I didn't fix it but bought a new vehicle from them. I thought out of goodwill they would take it off of that bill but they didn't. I didn't mention it to them either. When I came with my trailer to load up my troubled vehicle, it was very slick out and need just a little help - 3 of the shop techs walked by within the half hour I spent loading it without offering to help. Although GM helped me out, West Park didn't. The one gal I was impressed with was the reception/cashier. She was super helpful/friendly. Not listed below.
