Horrible and dishonest sales practice. They drop their prices to attract buyers and then try to add $3000 in dealership fees. The picture showed a second set of tires, which they purposely hid during the sales negotiations. A week later (when the card didn't sell) the tires were "found" - what a coincidence! The manager also denied everything that was raised during our independent inspection. Absolutely no integrity and very poor negotiation.

Becareful of trading in your car here. Canadian black book trade in value valued my car at $17-21k. My car is retailing at $25k. When I inquired about a new Subaru Ascent - we were quoted $8000 on our trade in. Not even close. I went to Open Road Auto Group and received $19k on the same car for a trade in. The sales manager is delusional or taking advantage of the ethnic population in that community. Shame on them! Or perhaps that's how they do business? If so - they should just state that I don't like taking cars in for trade-ins so I have to low ball you instead.

Purchased new Outback 2024 ,in January 2024. Brand new . After driving in the mountains noticed smell of oil. I stopped checked oil level ,was very high. I drove home and drained out 750ml. Of oil. Never called to subaru north vancouver, because I live 250 km. Away. The services way more costly then in Mazda.

My elderly Mother (86)has always insisted on using dealer services since she bought her 1990 Subaru Loyal. Even though I am a mechanic she 100 percent put her faith in the dealer. No one else has even lifted the hood up on the car. After her most recent service she asked me to double check the work performed as the tech had suggested a fair bit of work. You can imagine my surprise when I open the hood and see a dirty old rag strapped to the oil filler neck of the car and a fuzzy battery in need of service. Not great for keeping moisture out of the engine or having the pcv system work correctly. Going through the records the tech mentioned oil filler cap missing Sep last year. They didn't ask her if she wanted to replace it. Not once but twice the car was in for service and this was not corrected. Also kind of wondering where it disappeared to start with as as I said No one but the dealer works on the car. Not the kind of attention to detail I would expect from ANY shop.

Just want to say Thank You to Glen in the service dept. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my Forester. Also he arranged a ride for me home and also a pick up ride to return to the dealership with a uber no charge. So far very happy with the car and the dealership. a minute ago New Stay Away!! Scam Artists!!! Harmon especially - and she knows nothing about cars. They are the epitome of sleazy used car sales people. They will try to bait and switch you. They publicly advertise and list vehicles for one price and when you get to actually talking serious suddenly the price has increased substantially. "Because they did work". They literally go back and change their public listing after the negotiations start sure Harmon in 24 hours you did a significant amount of work. Because dealerships always do major work in cars that have been sitting on your lot for 3 months. I'm filling a formal complaint with BBB and VSABC for false and misleading tactics. I'd give negative stars if I could. This is why everyone hates used car sales people. How to live up to the reputation.

Brett was a gentleman. So personable and easy to talk to. Very honest, no games, no runaround fast to get back to me. Brett has made me feel like I was the most important sale of his career and I am sure I am not. The professionalism and kindness he has extended to myself and my boyfriend who is also buying from this dealership is incredible. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will not hesitate to send my family and friends to Brett. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with sales. I can say this honestly from my heart as I am in sales myself, I was not treated like I was just a number. In fact Brett was able to save me more money and my boyfriend on his new Subaru, out of the goodness of his heart. I didn’t ask for this he just did it. Well done Subaru of Cranbrook! As usual great service. Vehicle came back from the complimentary car wash sparkling. I drove it there looking a bit grimy and sad from winter And drove it out feeling the summer.
