If I could leave a zero star I would. As soon as you drive off the lot, you will receive zero help. Experience buying a vehicle and them taking your money is great; after that you’re on your own.
I bought a vehicle that was a new trade in and not yet service or inspected by the shop. I was assured when I would bring in the vehicle for its inspection, everything would be fixed to make it perfect. Long story short, I am now told I am responsible to replace warped routers and breaks for a vehicle that I bought less than 2 months ago. Even though I mentioned to the service department about some signs that the routers were starting to go on that inspection service appointment. I would never have bought the vehicle if I knew about the breaks and routers.
The dealership told me it’s legal to sell a vehicle with 50% breaks; while other dealerships tell me that’s only allowed if the dealership knew from the beginning the state of the breaks (meaning it went through their garage etc. Which it didn’t).
I was also told that my service/oil changes would be free because I am a frontline healthcare worker. They failed to mention that the promotion was ending 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle.
I made two service appointments regarding my concerns, given the run around for two weeks only to be told it’s my driving and my responsibility, and I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be given this treatment if I was male.
This dealership is terrible and unprofessional. They don’t care about the customers, only taking your money. Would not recommend going to Maple Ridge Chrysler; there are many other places that are better! I will not be bringing my Jeep back there for anything.

This is to remind everyone please don’t buy extended warranty from this private insurance company People’s Choice. The salesperson here AJ kept pressuring me to buy the extended warranty but when my car broke down the insurance does not cover to fix it. I called the general manager Justin Gebera and left him messages & email and they ignored all my calls & messages even at the beginning he promised to refund my extended warranty insurance premiums. But 10 minutes later he turned around and did not keep his promises to me. Their prices to fix my car is double what it would be if I took it to another mechanic. Please stay away from this dealership and don’t buy their extended warranty cause it really doesn’t cover to fix anything, it’s pretty useless. The service here especially front desk was also very rude & kept raising their voice at me. Highly not recommend!

I am a nurse with a busy schedule. I made an appointment for 1100 hours for scanning of the car engine which I know takes a few minutes. I had planned to return to work within an hour.
A receptionist called me 2 hours prior to appointment time to ensure I am not late.
But when I arrived there, the price for scanning was higher than the one quoted over the phone. Worse still, I was advised to ‘leave the car here, pick up at 4 PM for a job that takes 10 minutes or less.The excuse given was ‘not enough technicians’. I requested for a courtesy car in the meantime but it was refused.

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

I had an excellent experience with Langley Fiat and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable vehicle or any vehicle repair work. The dealership went above and beyond to ensure customer service and transparency were their number one priorities. The representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and do not attempt to pressure you into impulse purchases.
The level of professionalism and courtesy were incomparable with other dealerships and employees strive to ensure customers leave satisfied and happy with the service they have received. It was definitely a positive experience!
