This was a regular scheduled service for a 2003 PT Cruiser - Dave
The service rep was Jim Harkness. He handled my scheduled visit with a thought to keeping my cost reasonable for an older model car. Service was quick. The waiting area works for me as it has counter tops that allow me to read, has an online computer access and a coffee machine. Cost was pleasantly low. I don't know the name of the mechanic.

Finally went to see the Alfa Romeo Giulia after having spent at least a year and half waiting for it. Ryan and Liam were probably the friendliest people we've ever dealt with at a car dealership. Although Liam was new in his role, his knowledge of the Giulia was exemplary. Ryan was extremely courteous and the car purchase process with him was arguably the nicest we've experienced. Both Liam and Ryan ended staying up late on their own volition to help finish up our paperwork....We also interacted with Joe and Tony subsequently, and their level of client care and responsiveness is similarly top notch. Highly recommend Joe, Ryan, Liam, Tony and the rest of the team at Fraser Valley Fiat and Alfa Romeo...

Having been to many other dealerships, and getting the same old pressured sales and uncomfortable feeling, it was a great surprise and relief to have both Ron and Ryan give me an experience that was very different than what you'd expect from a car's salesman. The service department is very uneducated and the sales team are scammers who sell you warranty on things the service department can't cover. Please avoid at all costs.
A Long and Unpleasant Purchase - Barry Rueger
Short version - the only new car purchase in history that took three days, much of which was us chasing them to complete basic paperwork. After FINALLY taking possession of our new Fiat we discovered that it was actually a "used" car for some reason that was never really explained to us.
I honestly believe that the problems were due to a lack of competence, not dishonesty. At every step of the way things just never seemed to be done right.
