Internet Sales Used Dodge 2018 Caravan - IslandBoy
A pleasant find in CarGurus that directed us to Columbia Chrysler. The email link/description of the vehicle regrettably did not match what was shown or verbally described as, once we arrived. Jay was a pleasure to work with, he was very accommodating in covering the cost for floor mats and a replacement cover for a damaged USB port. We should have, however, asked for a demo of the navigation system which was ultimately missing.
Would we go back, Yes. Lesson learned, go over every item from the ad.

First time to voice an opinion or review. Layne was my sales person at Langley Chrysler, great help!! When he wasn’t able to see me due to my schedule, he made sure Jason was up to par with what I was looking for. Mike as well was a big help. So thanks to the sales department at Langley Chrysler. Was my 3rd new vehicle from this location since 2013. Won’t be my last.
Fantastic buying experience! - NP
Finally went to see the Alfa Romeo Giulia after having spent at least a year and half waiting for it. Ryan and Liam were probably the friendliest people we've ever dealt with at a car dealership. Although Liam was new in his role, his knowledge of the Giulia was exemplary. Ryan was extremely courteous and the car purchase process with him was arguably the nicest we've experienced. Both Liam and Ryan ended staying up late on their own volition to help finish up our paperwork....We also interacted with Joe and Tony subsequently, and their level of client care and responsiveness is similarly top notch. Highly recommend Joe, Ryan, Liam, Tony and the rest of the team at Fraser Valley Fiat and Alfa Romeo...

Very happy with our experience at Wille Dodge. Beau was very helpful and was quite knowledgeable and provided no pressure at all. He allowed our family all the time we needed to think about our decision. He has also been more than helpful with the little issues we have been having afterwards.
I would completely recommend Wille Dodge and their staff to anyone looking for add a "new" vehicle. Thank you all for helping to make this a smooth and as non-stressful as possible. :)
Well done, a changed landscape! - Hiker_Steve
Having been to many other dealerships, and getting the same old pressured sales and uncomfortable feeling, it was a great surprise and relief to have both Ron and Ryan give me an experience that was very different than what you'd expect from a car's salesman. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number or a money grab, come see these folks. They are changing the landscape for buying a car, or Truck!
Great experience! - Jeep, again.
Paul G. cheerfully helped me change Jeeps. He arranged for my daughter to test drive the Jeep I was interested in, since I live a ways away. She approved it, and when I arrived a couple days later, the new Jeep was ready to go. Paul explained the value of my old car, made sure the new car was inspected, offered to help me sort out the bells and whistles. Victoria organized the financing quickly, and I was soon on my way to the ferry home. The dealership is bright and clean, there was no up-sell pressure, there was even a price reduction because my daughter has purchased vehicles from them. . More fun than shopping for shoes! Thanks Paul, and Victoria.
A Long and Unpleasant Purchase - Barry Rueger
Short version - the only new car purchase in history that took three days, much of which was us chasing them to complete basic paperwork. After FINALLY taking possession of our new Fiat we discovered that it was actually a "used" car for some reason that was never really explained to us.
I honestly believe that the problems were due to a lack of competence, not dishonesty. At every step of the way things just never seemed to be done right.
