Except for the test drive which I travelled 6 hours to do, the intel for my new SQ5 was done remotely. Jason was prompt at replying and patient with all the questions I had. He promised I wouldn’t be disappointed to have made the trip to see and drive it. He was 100% right. John and Kate were helpful to make for a quick turnaround time for the purchase and 101 on the car. The entire process was smooth and I felt like royalty throughout it.

I was not going to write, even when my car broke down in less than a month when I bought it from Audi. The coolant pump explode in the middle of a trip, and the coolant was leaking on engine like Niagara falls. luckily I was in town. Let's be honest, it is a used car and such thing might happen. I decided to write after my service advisor for the coolant told me that they noticed the brake pads thickness 1.5 mm for front and 5mm for rear. The sales car inspection shows 5mm for both (which is weird to be the same, as the front ones got wear faster than rear). It is impossible for a brake to have wear this quick! 25 days with 2500 km will never take a brake 3.5 lower! What happened is I purchased a car that doesn't meet the safety requirement, putting me and other road users in danger.

I have never had such a poor experience with a dealership without even getting to the point of stepping in for service. I was absolutely chastised by the receptionist and interrogated as if I was a criminal just trying to speak with a service adviser. I had a question about resetting a service reminder and programming an additional key but the process became so insulting and convoluted after two attempted conversations (without even reaching a service adviser!) that I decided to contact an independent shop which was much more helpful. They are obviously focused on their own profits to the point that customer service is completely thrown out the window. I would advise anyone looking to deal with this folks to look elsewhere to save yourself the insult.
