We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff at this boutique dealership. Our salesperson, Aaron Li, made extra efforts to ensure that we would drive away the right Q7 for us. While it lacks the bells and whistles and size of other Lower Mainland Audi dealerships, Capilano Audi is able to offer great inventory selection and value. There are three closer Audi dealerships to us, but it was definitely worth the drive to North Vancouver!

On February 28 th 2020 I placed a factory order for a 2020 s5 with the help of sales person Robert Hawkes. I put down a non refundable deposit of $1000 dollars to secure the vehicle. The vehicle was suppose to have arrived in June or July but due to the Covid 19 situation the arrival date was unknown. Due to unforeseen personal problems surrounding the pandemic my partner and I decided to cancel the order as it was a bad time to incur another car payment. Robert was very understanding of my situation and was able to cancel my vehicle purchase with the assistance of Audi Canada. Unfortunately I lost my deposit but I was fully aware that it was non refundable. If anyone is looking for a new Audi please go see Robert, he was very professional and not pushy which I truely appreciate. I will definitely be returning to Open Road Audi in the future.

They were dishonest and didn't listen. They talk over you and don't give you the time of day. There's just too much publicly available information out there about vehicles these days to try to fleece customers! And to top it off, their fees are higher than other dealerships.

My son and I met with Greg to test drive an Audi this past weekend. Greg was awesome. He really went above and beyond, letting me test drive cars multiple times as I was having difficulty deciding which I liked best. He was patient, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would absolutely recommend him as a consultant worth asking for. You could tell he was really interested in trying to help find the best car for us.

Complications occurred for Taxes and transit permits Each issue was worked thru and we now have a great Alberta registered 2016 Audi TTS with inly 14,000 K
Dealing with Michael and closing out with Sherry was a smooth and comfortable process.

I have never had such a poor experience with a dealership without even getting to the point of stepping in for service. I was absolutely chastised by the receptionist and interrogated as if I was a criminal just trying to speak with a service adviser. I had a question about resetting a service reminder and programming an additional key but the process became so insulting and convoluted after two attempted conversations (without even reaching a service adviser!) that I decided to contact an independent shop which was much more helpful. They are obviously focused on their own profits to the point that customer service is completely thrown out the window. I would advise anyone looking to deal with this folks to look elsewhere to save yourself the insult.
