Started out good, then we found incompetence. Tech missed the battery test... we got stranded. Then, we replaced the battery and had an issue with the alternator.Had it replaced, with serpentine and accessory belt to be charged labour's for each individual item, eventhough the mechanic had to take everything apart for the alternator... so we should have been charged for 1 labour, not 3. Then, they said the new battery failed and wanted to install a new one. I declined... and had the brand new battery tested. It came back 100% functional. - I reached out to the dealership to address this only to be met with resistance, hostility and unwillingness to discuss. Was made to feel like I am the problem. Will strongly reconsider going back to Jack Carter.
