1 star is to many stars for Mercedes Benz Downtown. I am saddened to write this review but I recommend to RUN not walk away from this dealership.
I bought my $110,000 dream car here and the entire experience was a nightmare. I understand COVID resulted in delays and I was ok with this but once my dealer quit, I not only was treated with disregard but UTTER disrespect.
My car battery failed within the first few months of owning it and not only was I treated like this was a non issue but given a loaner car worth 1/10th the price of my car and not given an ETA.
Low and behold one month later the car was fixed (faster than expected, I admit). No compensation was made, no apology... nothing.... I was offered to have my tires changed, which I was happily accepted. However, the morning of pickup I was sent a $200 bill....
Maybe I am wrong here but I feel the least Mercedes could have done (for me being patient for a month) is change my ties (that they called and offered to do) at no charge.
I called early to discuss with management (no one available but the receptionist offered to have the GM call me), however, no one returned my call. So after 3 hours I called to talk to the GM...again. NOW this is the MAJOR issue I had... Justin the GM of Mercedes Benz, got on the phone and had the audacity to say... word for word.... "you pulled me out of a meeting for this".... I own a business myself, that is customer service based (and we sell items a lot less expensive than this) and can NOT fathom saying this to a customer, ANY customer.... Yet alone one who paid over $100k AND had a faulty car sold to them....I was also left to wonder if I were a man, would he have had the nerve to say this to me?????
I am literally disgusted with my experience at Mercedes, with Justin and his team. I will never be returning and sadly have a bad taste in my mouth, over a brand that was truly one I admired and dreamed of owning all my life.
There are many luxury brands out there, that I am sure would provide me with, not only a luxury vehicle but a luxury experience, that Mercedes Downtown Calgary dreadfully failed at...

Went to Country Hills Mercedes and met Abe Caranza. The car is for my wife who is a little reserve but Abe made sure she was involved in the process and talked to her directly showing all the features that would be important in choosing the right vehicle. Had the pleasure of meeting Kyle the New Car Manager and Chady the GSM who also got involved. Total team effort. We felt no need to test drive the car and bought it over the phone the following day.
The post purchase experience with Catherine during delivery was very informative and we got a call from Abe the following day on a busy Saturday at the dealership just to see if we had any questions or concerns on the car. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership.
