Brought my glc 300 in for a sunroof concern. Turns out it was not covered under warranty and was told it would be about $10,000 to repair. Was charge a half hour for diag, so the tech could touch the button and say it need a full sunroof. He left the sunroof tilted up and taped it over(was closed when it was brought in). I talked with the service manager and was told that nothing is replaceable and it would need the whole assembly and if they broke the glass transferring it, I had to pay for it. The service manager than called back to say that the assembly was a worst case scenario and the tech would have to remove the headliner to actually diagnose it. And that some of the parts are covered under the warranty. I went to the vehicle and within 5 minutes I had the sunroof closed and the tape removed. They offered no apology or incentive for me to bring .y vehicle back. This was the third time I was there for repairs. First time the tech lost a clip and vehicle was there for 3 days. Second time, the tech broke my window and we had to leave it there while they ordered a window and fixed it. The worst experience we have ever had with any vehicle manufacturer. We are selling our Mercedes and will never return to lone star or but another Mercedes.

I was in Mercedes-Benz Heritage Dealership in Edmonton today on August 23, 2021. I was hoping to see the GLC coupe and was considering to buy one. However, this dealer has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was not greeted when I walked in, but that is ok. The worst part was, I was in the dealership for more than 15 minutes. I passed by many sales or personnel in the dealership. Not a single person attended to my needs or asked what I wanted to see. Not one! The sales were either talking to each other or just at their desk doing their own thing. It was not even. busy in the dealership. Therefore, with the above experience, I will definitely let my friends know not to go to Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley because of the poor, non-existent service. Mercedes corporate should take a look at this dealership.

1 star is to many stars for Mercedes Benz Downtown. I am saddened to write this review but I recommend to RUN not walk away from this dealership.
I bought my $110,000 dream car here and the entire experience was a nightmare. I understand COVID resulted in delays and I was ok with this but once my dealer quit, I not only was treated with disregard but UTTER disrespect.
My car battery failed within the first few months of owning it and not only was I treated like this was a non issue but given a loaner car worth 1/10th the price of my car and not given an ETA.
Low and behold one month later the car was fixed (faster than expected, I admit). No compensation was made, no apology... nothing.... I was offered to have my tires changed, which I was happily accepted. However, the morning of pickup I was sent a $200 bill....
Maybe I am wrong here but I feel the least Mercedes could have done (for me being patient for a month) is change my ties (that they called and offered to do) at no charge.
I called early to discuss with management (no one available but the receptionist offered to have the GM call me), however, no one returned my call. So after 3 hours I called to talk to the GM...again. NOW this is the MAJOR issue I had... Justin the GM of Mercedes Benz, got on the phone and had the audacity to say... word for word.... "you pulled me out of a meeting for this".... I own a business myself, that is customer service based (and we sell items a lot less expensive than this) and can NOT fathom saying this to a customer, ANY customer.... Yet alone one who paid over $100k AND had a faulty car sold to them....I was also left to wonder if I were a man, would he have had the nerve to say this to me?????
I am literally disgusted with my experience at Mercedes, with Justin and his team. I will never be returning and sadly have a bad taste in my mouth, over a brand that was truly one I admired and dreamed of owning all my life.

I purchased my ML550 in February of this year! Was told the engine would not disappoint me! They stated the engine used in this vehicle has been used for over 40 yrs and I would not have any issues with it! I’m a single lady so was on guard as to what I was getting! In my past I was purchasing vehicles from small used car lots but figured with this bigger purchase I would buy directly from the dealership! Safe way to go right? They know their vehicles and everything would be checked over well before selling. Upon purchase I was told they wouldn’t be able to offer me an extended warranty this was upsetting but again… they are saying I would not be disappointed! A few months into ownership I’m having issues with the engine light coming on. A call was made and was told that once I leave their lot they cannot help me. I do the necessary work and engine light is on again!! This time it’s the fuel injector issue! Fuel injector was replaced without their help and now it’s even a bigger problem. Diagnostics showing cylinder 5 issue and is shaking and blowing white exhaust! Called Mercedes to talk to a manager and now it’s 2 days with no call back!! I trusted Mercedes! I came to you in hopes that you would be honest and not sell me a vehicle with engine problems!! I can’t get to work to even pay my bills!! No vehicle and no call back!! These guys are out for the money and don’t care about you!! If your making a purchase you would be called back quick and helped!! Sadly, when I first purchased my vehicle I gave them a high rating and great review!! I take that back now!! All I have is a vehicle with major engine problems and a large debt!! For future…trust the small guys more!! Never had a problem with them before!!
