New truck purchase My sales representative Ashton C worked hard for me. I can't say everything was perfect, but if it wasn't things were done to make them perfect. My story is very long. to sum it up, i had a deposit on a different truck. This truck was a demo, upon further inspection when I went to pick it up, it didn't meet my expectations. Brandon H did his best to help. the Next Day Melanie put together a new deal that I was satisfied with. I started dealing with western buick gmc. they wanted me to do all the negotiating. Thats what I liked about this experience. They made it easy to agree on a price. The only downfall I really had was my first visit, my wait time was way to long. If I put it in perspective tho and realize Ashton has to deal with as many people as he can because he has to put food on his table, then it wasn't all that bad to wait. If you want someone to work for you go with Ashton. The only reason I didn't give the price a five is because I went in to buy a 2015 and left with a 2016. So I know the deals will be better next year then what I paid. Thank you More
