Ford Flex Purchase I placed a question regarding the Ford Flex online, and Jamie Brandt emailed and phoned about a day later. We talked, and I explained my requirements -- I am large (6'4") and require space for myself, my wife, grand children, ease of access, ability to carry a wide variety of personal items, has good power, easy on fuel, and lots of bells and whistles. I also told Jamie that I was looking at other makes and models. He asked if he could contact me in a week or so for follow up -- no pressure at all. My wife and I decided we had to start physically looking at vehicles, instead of just ads and online, so I contacted Jamie to arrange for a visit. When I arrived, Jamie had a couple of vehicles for me to look at, both models that I had mentioned in our conversation -- I felt the Flex was much more spacious for me, so we went on a test drive, while driving Jamie explained the operation of everything, features about the Flex I didn't know. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to understand my requirements. When we returned to the dealership, he offered to get my current vehicle appraised for trade in value. As I was leaving the dealership, he said that he would be in touch in a week or 10 days if that was okay as he knew I wanted to look around. Instead, I phoned him back in a day wanting to purchase the vehicle. When I came to pick the vehicle up, it was cleaned, the fuel tank topped up, and waiting. He then spent about an hour making sure that I I understood most of the features of the vehicle, and has offered me assistance a couple of times. I would highly recommend Jamie Brandt to my friends and family if they were interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

My Fourth Escape! I was looking to replace my 2014 Escape and had thought about some other vehicles but always came back to my Escape. I had contacted other dealerships but was not pleased with the pushiness and difficult interactions I had with them. Jamie was easy to deal with. We exchanged a few emails, he knew what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. I didn't live in Spruce Grove, so I was trying to avoid driving in and doing the back and forth over pricing. We agreed on a price over emails and I went in and closed the deal. I drove home my new Escape that evening. I was very impressed with Jamie's easy going manner and willingness to answer my questions (and there were lots of them). Internet purchase I started dealing with Jamie over the internet after asking some questions on the Zender website. Replaced our 10 year old Ford with another! So when our truck needed to be replaced we headed to Zender Ford in Spruce Grove. Ryan Surbey took us for a test drive, gave us all the information and sold us our new ride!! I cried emptying the old truck out.....he hugged me to make me feel better and even gave me a gift bag full of treats and prizes to make me feel better!!
