Purchased a new 2022 Colorado ZR2 from another dealership had issues with transmission at 2200 klicks other dealership was unable to get anything done excuses excuses excuses. Contacted Don took truck in ne had issues with transmission at 2200 klicks other dealership was unable to get anything done excuses excuses excuses. Contacted Don took truck in next day 2 hours later issue was diagnosed I was contacted by Don needed a few days for replacement components drove a loaner for a couple days contacted again, truck was ready to go has driven like a dream ever since. To all other dealerships out there this is how you look after people who spend thousands of dollars keeping you in business. Well done Don to you and your staff. Staff consistently pleasant & professional; but this last encounter was very frustrating as it took "4" visits to solve a simple repair!!! First visit, I was called 2 hours after leaving my vehicle, only to encounter was very frustrating as it took "4" visits to solve a simple repair!!! After continued issues and 3 more visits....Turned out parts they were replacing with were defective. Not dealership's fault, but would have been nice to receive a free Oil Change (or 2) for the inconvenience More

I took my vehicle in for a simple diagnostic and warranty job. The whole process turned out to be the service advisor constantly trying up upsell me on things that I didn’t need.
