Shopping for a new car can, as we all know be a daunting task. But as soon as we entered Western GMC we were pleasantly greeted by Nicole at reception. He made the negotiations on our new car easy and no hidden fees were added. We agreed to a purchase and then were sent to work with Curtis Jensen in finance. And to our delight Curtis was just as pleasant to work with as Travis. He took care of all the paperwork, including insurance change and registration of our new vehicle. Ordered truck with GMC built and price and submitted to Seven different dealer ships . Western GMC was the first to reply on the second day that I submitted it. I didn’t not know that the dealership did not get the build sheet from GM CANADA, until I talk to the sales person that I made the deal with. When a dealership gets a built sheet they should let the customers know that instead of trying to sell something on the lot would save a lot of the back and forth ! There’s reason why people do a build sheet mostly because there’s nothing available for what they would like. Like a black truck or white truck not a very good selection and of course black interior. Look around the world has a lot more colours then black and white. More
