A true and honest experience When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we met Aidan Telasky and his manager Kevin Lovig.They treated us like family and we're both very knowl When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we met Aidan Telasky and his manager Kevin Lovig.They treated us like family and we're both very knowledgeable,confident,respectful and were very honest with us.This was my very first time I was looking for a car for myself and they made me feel like I knew what I wanted by listening to me and my husband.I am also disabled and all the staff were very helpful by making sure that as I walked across a snowy parking lot[the day very snowy] that I was safe by getting me and my walker to the vehicle and then brought my walker out to me when we came back from our test drive.They held open doors and extended their hand to help me in and out of the car and into the dealership. This was a very special thing for them to do. I have never gone into a store or dealership anywhere and been treated with such kindness and respect. This may sound silly but as a mother I felt very proud of both Aiden and Kevin and I know that their families must feel the same. I would go back to these fine men and this dealership as long as I am able. I feel you have a real close group of men and women working here and the attitudes towards each other is so friendly you feel very comfortable being in the same room as anyone of the staff. Great place and I feel like we have made some new friends.Thank you for such a wonderful place to come too.Please give these people a raise they deserve it. More
Salesman lied to me about the vehicle condition! I was interested into one of their used cars, it had 2 minor accidents on it's carproof, and another accident as advertised on the website. Called I was interested into one of their used cars, it had 2 minor accidents on it's carproof, and another accident as advertised on the website. Called the salesman to get more info. about the car, I stated my question clearly about the car current condition, he told me It was repaired for what's on the carproof and the current condition was totally fixed regarding the advertised pictures on their website, as they didn't claim insurance on it. Went to check out the car, nothing was repaired, same condition as advertised on the website, salesman claimed he misunderstood me. called the manager, he defended the salesman and he told me that "he just missunderstood you". They offered me to repair the damage on my cost if I wanted to buy the car or I can check other used cars. Unprofessional handling, grey area of dealing with the customer. Won't recommend any business with them. More

I took my car and told me that its just the engine idle they even told me that they did my tire where in I checked before and after but it wasn’t maybe because i told them not to do the major check that cost 600$$$? Before buying car make sure to understand the package in regards to warranty for change oil etc. cuz it’s not true. More

Not only did they meet and beat competitor pricing but they went above and beyond to make sure my mother felt respected, taken care of and happy with her purchase. They went beyond and above expectations gently explaining everything to my mother so that she felt comfortable with her new car. Even my father, who is rarely impressed with car dealerships said that he would purchase his next vehicle through this store. Thank you very much for such an easy and pleasant experience. I know my mother will love her new car and I can rest knowing we got an amazing deal for someone on a fixed income. More

Extremely frustrating experience Put a deposit down for a 2017 Pathfinder with a deal all ready to go just to receive a phone call later stating the car is not available. Again another phone call comes late in the evening to let me know, once again that the car is not available... what was the point of trying to make a deal and putting down a deposit to hold the vehicle then??!?!?! Nice to see that when you show intent to purchase and put something on hold, it doesn't actually mean anything here .. More
