NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! This is the worst service manager I have ever come across in my life . I own a few Chryslers and dodges vehicles. I have some issues I came in to thi This is the worst service manager I have ever come across in my life . I own a few Chryslers and dodges vehicles. I have some issues I came in to this dealership lots of time to get this problem fix. I ask to speak to the service manager I call to speak to him like one thousands time and he never answer not one phone call. so I went in to the dealership and ask for him to get my vehicle fix its still under warranty . He was not very helpful like he don't give a xxxx and just toss the problems to his employees walking away. He has no customer service at all. I am very upset that a manager would treat people this way . I would never recommend this service to anyone. More
