He was very happy to show me all the features of the vehicle and offered me to ask him anything since he drives the same car. He was always smiling and he treated me as a friend not just a customer. Mike made the whole purchase possible. I was having a lot of trouble trying to get approved but it never worked out. I talked to Mike over the phone and in 30 minutes he got me approved. i got a nicer Jeep (Newer model, less millage and no accidents) than the one I was supposed to get but never could. A 2017 brand new Dodge Ram Eco Diesel Laremie short box pick up truck. Working with the Sales Representative, Mike Wahab & General Manager, Frank Caietta was great. They convinced me this was the way to go. I selected a white colour, black interior, short box. They went out of there way and found me one in the Gataneau's. Mike personally drove out and picked it up for me. That is customer service! I have had the truck for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it.
