I was hoping my car would get washed and although I requested it (granted it was a late request but I thought that this was included with all services), this did not happen. Todd gave me excellent service in a difficult situation. I had a puncture on a Sunday. CAA changed the tire, but of course I needed a new tire intalled. I called ToyotaTown Monday morning and explained the situation. A couple of hours later, Todd Servantcalled to say that he was searching for a suitable tire, and he would get back to me. He called back around noon and told me that he had secured the tire, and if I could bring my vehicle in to the service department at around 2:30, he could squeeze me in. And that is what happened. So without an appointment, I managed to have a new tire installed in one day. Thank you, Todd. More
