I recently had a car service done at Toyota Town London, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the front desk staff. The individuals at the front desk displayed very and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the front desk staff. The individuals at the front desk displayed very rude behavior and lacked basic customer service etiquette; there were no smiles and their communication style was unwelcoming. Furthermore, I had booked this service in advance and confirmed that a specific defective part would be installed. However, on the day of the service, I was informed that the part was not available, which was frustrating given the prior confirmation. Toyota Town London really needs to work on improving the customer service skills of their front desk team. A more friendly and organized approach would significantly enhance the customer experience.
