Always great Service We met Kevin about 10 years ago after having issues with our vehicle at the time. We explained the circumstances to him and that we needed a vehicle We met Kevin about 10 years ago after having issues with our vehicle at the time. We explained the circumstances to him and that we needed a vehicle that was reliable and safe for travelling with kids. Since we were without any transportation, Kevin came to our home in a vehicle for us to test drive. He took care of us then with honesty and integrity. We still have our 2002 Sienna. We came back to this dealership because of how we had been treated by Kevin and the staff previously. I had hoped to purchase a Rav4 but given our financial situation, the one we hoped for just wasn't possible at that time. Kevin didn't give up though and he found a 2012 Scion that was within our budget. We were concerned about financing due to some hardships we had recently endured here in London. Jobs were few and far between, We were getting back on our feet and given our circumstances, Kevin explained everything and then introduced us to Janine. Janine, like Kevin, went above and beyond in order to assist us. They knew where we were coming from and understood we couldn't take on anything extra - so no extra warranty - nothing - just the vehicle. Janine worked on the financing for us and we were so relieved to be approved as we desperately needed a newer vehicle for transport. Neither my Husband or me are on a bus route for work. As it turned out - after our approval, the financing rate had dropped and Janine was able to work out an extended warranty for us at no extra cost on the loan. Not only were Kevin and Janine friendly, they listened, they understood and did everything they could to assist us. We thanked them then and we thank them now as we drive our Scion and enjoy knowing we have a reliable vehicle to keep us working! I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. More
