Initially, I felt when the dealership expanded to the larger location, it had lost the personal touch, however, I believe they have worked hard to continue their excellent customer service. Another point to note is, there are several employees still with this dealership that were there when I bought my first Toyota, including my sales rep! I think that says something about the company. She's very easy to talk to and was extremely helpful in selecting a RAV4 that would be most conducive for my long distance drive to and from work. She was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions with ease. She went over and above to assist me in selecting the car best suited to my individual needs. With Gwen's much needed guidance and expertise I ended up going with the 2016 RAV4 XLE, and I absolutely love it! More

The salesperson who sold me the vehicle came over and advised me about recent safety upgrades on the 2017 Corolla and gave me useful, specific information for me to consider - no pressure. This dealership feels familiar, friendly and comfortable after the many years I have dealt with them. If I ever had a problem they were quick to resolve it and confirm that I was satisfied. Upgraded to a newer Toyota I have owned two Toyota's in the past and loved the quality of the vehicles. She answered our questions and took time to go over everything. Sean Cragg was also very helpful in securing the Highlander we wanted the most that was at another dealership. Janine Feenstra was our finance person who was also wonderful to deal with. She explained everything and never pressured us into purchasing things we did not need.
