As a first time owner, Chad was extremely helpful and patient as I showered him with questions about what the differences in packages and specs of each year are. I was also helped by Andre de Coning with finances, both understood what we were after and what budget we had in mind. I didn't feel like they were pushing to sell extra add-ons which is a huge plus. Amanda did a great job. Had my car in for repair work. Someone had messed up and forgot to order the part needed. I lost my s#%t.
